Day 13: are you doing this the healthy way or unhealthy way?
Definitely healthy. I could never starve myself or treat my body that way. It’s wrong.

I did NOT want to go work out tonight, but I forced myself to. I kept telling myself, “You’re gonna feel so much better about yourself afterward! I promise! Just a little jog, you can do it!” And my little jog turned into a 6 mile run! I even ran the last mile in about 7:15! I was so proud of myself :))) And yes, I did feel really good about myself after I was done. Just like I thought I would!
well!! a variety of food!!
breakfast: some kind of cereal (cinnamon cheerios are my favorite!) and fruit
lunch: fruit or carrots, sandwich or soup
snack: apple and peanut butter or granola bar
supper: my mom always makes a home cooked meal :) yum
snack: something like a yogurt, popcorn, fruit, ect
and lots of green tea! :)))
I LOVE her blog! :))) Not only is she thinspirational, but she gives AMAZING advice that is super duper helpful! <333!
